Real Estate market Overview in Hu

This report provides an analysis of real estate sector in Hungary, based on the fact that after economy crisis the sector has started to grow in the end of 2015. The report gives general information about the Hungarian economy and surveys briefly the situation of real estate market in the EU and in Hungary, as well. Furthermore the report gives an overview about the government policy considering this sector. The report is divided into three main parts: the first part is an analysis of the current situation in the real estate market with charts. Next to the real estate market the report concentrates on the construction segment and gives a picture about the financial background. The report provides information the largest real estate agencies and the main players in the construction segment with data about their turnover, in order to develop a forward looking statement about the current market situation.
