IT sector Overview in SK and HU
This report provides an analysis of IT sector in Slovakia and Hungary. According to the recent trends the role of IT clusters has increased in both of the countries, so the report concentrates these clusters. The first part of report provides general information about the role of IT sector within the Slovakian economy with datas about gross output and revenues of this sector. It surveys briefly on the Košice IT Valleys. The comparison about some important IT companies (ESET, ASBIS, IBM Slovakia) gives a picture about the current market situation, in order to develop a forward looking statement about this sector. Next to Slovakia the report concentrates on Hungary, as well. So the last part of report provides some information about the importance of IT sector within the Hungarian eceonomy with datas about the output and gross value added of this segment.
