Wind Energy Sector Overview in RO and BG
This report provides an analysis of wind energy sector in Romania and Bulgaria. The report’s aim to to describe the current situation, in order to develop a forward looking statement about this important segment within the economy. It concentrates the role of wind energy in electric energy generation in Slovakia, in addition it includes data about the installed capacity of wind energy, because the significance of this energy resources has increased in recent years. The report gives a picture about the current market situation with data about the number of wind farms and a comparison about the turnover of three companies in this segment (Enel Green Power Romania, EDP Renewables Romania, Tomis Team) between 2011 and 2014. Next to Romania the report gives general information about Bulgaria, as well. It gives information about the significance of renewables and wind energy in this country
